Patterson Construction was founded because Perth's home building industry had a gap, quality boutique builders who treated clients like people, not project numbers.
Lucas built PCC on one simple principle: a client should always know exactly what's happening with their home, at every stage, without having to chase anyone for answers.
That's still how we work today. Nothing has changed.

Lucas Patterson
Lucas Patterson didn't grow up wanting to run a construction company. He grew up wanting to build things that mattered.
That instinct started young, captured in the photo that became PCC's logo: three generations on the way to a building site. His father in the middle, Lucas on one side, his son on the other. "Dad taught me to be careful and precise. I teach those same lessons to my son now."
Before construction became his career, Lucas served in the military where precision wasn't a preference, it was a requirement. He went on to represent Australia in Touch Football at the 2019 World Cup, and continues to volunteer as a surf lifesaver in his community.
Patterson Construction was born out of frustration with how clients were being treated, passed between project managers, left chasing updates, handed a home that didn't match what they were promised. Lucas built PCC to be the opposite of that. Every client has his direct number. Every build has his personal attention.
