A direct call or email to Lucas. Tell him your vision, block, and budget, no commitment, no pitch
Approvals
Patterson Construction manages all council permits and sign-offs on your behalf. Zero admin on your end.
Site Inspection
Lucas visits your site personally, assesses the land honestly, and outlines exactly what's involved.
The Build
Lucas personally oversees every stage with regular updates so you always know where your home is up to.
Design & Selection
Every detail decided together, floor plan, finishes, and fittings that make your home uniquely yours.
Handover
The keys are yours. 12-month maintenance and 6-year. Home Indemnity Insurance included for peace of mind.
