2024 in review, a year of homes, milestones, and people worth celebrating

Every December we take a moment to stop, look back, and genuinely appreciate what the year has been. Not just the homes completed or the awards received, but the people. The clients who trusted us with something as significant as their home. The trades and suppliers who showed up every day. The team who made all of it possible.

2024 was a big year for Patterson Construction, and we don't say that lightly.

We completed dozens of homes across Perth, new builds designed from the ground up with clients who had a vision and trusted us to bring it to life. Developments that maximized land potential for families and investors. Builds on irregular and challenging blocks that other builders had walked away from. And unfinished homes, projects left incomplete by previous builders, where we stepped in, assessed the situation honestly, and delivered a result the client could finally be proud of.

Every single one of those projects was treated with the same level of care regardless of size, complexity, or budget. That's not something we say for marketing purposes, it's genuinely how we work. A home is a home. The family moving in doesn't care whether their build was straightforward or complicated. They care whether it was done properly. We care about that too.

This year we were honored to win the HIA Emerging Builder of the Year award for Western Australia. We were also named finalists for Small Business Management and Start-Up Business, recognition that reflects not just the quality of our work but how far Patterson Construction has come in a relatively short time.

We're proud of those awards. But if we're honest, they matter most because of what they represent, the trust our clients have placed in us and the standard our team holds itself to every single day.

None of this happens without people. To our team, thank you for your commitment, your precision, and your genuine care for the work. As we head into 2025 we're already looking forward to the projects ahead, the relationships we'll build, and the homes we'll hand over to families who've been waiting patiently for the moment they finally get their keys.
