Happy New Year from everyone at Patterson Construction. We're stepping into 2025 with a clear head, a full team, and a genuine excitement for what's ahead. Before we look forward though, it's worth pausing for a moment on where we've just come from.

We ended 2024 as HIA Emerging Builder of the Year for Western Australia. We were also named finalists for Small Business of the Year and Start-Up Business of the Year. We're proud of those recognitions, not because awards define us, but because they reflect something real: the standard our team holds itself to every single day, and the trust our clients have placed in us.

What that means for you in 2025 is simple. The same approach that earned those results is exactly how we're going into this year. No shortcuts. No volume-building mentality. Just a small number of carefully selected projects, each one given the full attention it deserves.

Right now we're putting the finishing touches on homes for our 2024 clients custom builds that reflect the personalities, lifestyles, and visions of the families who'll be moving in. Handing over keys is always the best part of this job. The look on someone's face when they walk into their finished home for the first time never gets old.

Looking ahead we have exciting projects already lined up for 2025, new home builds, unit developments, and a number of challenging sites that other builders have passed on. If you've been thinking about building this year, now is genuinely the right time to start the conversation. Our calendar fills up quickly and we'd rather have the chance to plan your build properly than rush it.
